<h2>Personopplysninger</h2>
<div>For &aring; bruke nett-bookingtjenesten, m&aring; du oppgi navn, adresse, telefonnummer og epost. For &aring; registrere en ordre m&aring; det n&oslash;dvendigvis ogs&aring; bli lagret opplysninger om tidspunkt for utleie og hva slags utstyr som er reservert/bestilt. Det er 18 &aring;rs aldersgrense p&aring; bruk av tjenesten og du m&aring; derfor ogs&aring; oppgi ditt f&oslash;dsels&aring;r. Ved bruk av tjenesten lagres din ordrehistorikk. Disse personopplysninger brukes for &aring; levere tjenesten til deg. Disse personopplysningene oppbevares s&aring; lenge du st&aring;r registrert som bruker hos oss. De personopplysninger vi har registrert er tilgjengelig og kan endres p&aring; din side. Du kan ogs&aring; kontakte oss og be om at vi fjerner dine personopplysninger eller bli avregistrert fra v&aring;re systemer. Du vil da ikke lenger kunne bruke tjenesten med mindre du registrer deg p&aring; nytt.</div>
<h2>Personopplysninger til tredjepart</h2>
<div>Uteguiden vil ikke selge, bytte, eller videreformidle dine personopplysninger. Nett-bookingen h&aring;ndteres i et system som leveres av <a href="https://sharefox.no" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sharefox</a> fra <a href="https://sharefox.no" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tooler AS</a>.</div>
<h2>Betalingsinformasjon</h2>
<div>N&aring;r du bestiller lagres kortinformasjonen din hos betalingsleverand&oslash;ren DIBS for &aring; ivareta din ordre. DIBS oppbevarer informasjonen p&aring; en sikker og forsvarlig m&aring;te og er PCI sertifisert. Dette gj&oslash;r at vi kan h&aring;ndtere endring av ordre, oppheving av reservasjon slik som depositum, kreditering, ytterligere p&aring;l&oslash;pte kostnader fra brukeren (ved for sen innlevering, skade eller lignende), samt redusere misbruk og svinn. Transaksjonsopplysninger blir lagret relatert til din ordre, men alts&aring; ikke kortopplysningene. Transaksjonsopplysninger vil bli lagret s&aring; lenge du st&aring;r registrert som bruker av tjenesten jf. punkt om personopplysninger.</div>
<h2>Bruk av innsamlede opplysninger</h2>
<div>Personopplysningene som samles inn for disse form&aring;lene inkluderer b&aring;de opplysninger du selv oppgir (navn, e-postadresse m.m.) og informasjon som samles inn gjennom bruk av tjenesten, som hvilket utstyr du leier og informasjon om posisjon og teknisk informasjon om din enhet og internett-tilkobling. Personopplysningene vil kunne bli supplert med tilgjengelig informasjon fra tredjepartsakt&oslash;rer.</div>
<h2>Informasjonskapsler</h2>
<div>N&aring;r du bes&oslash;ker v&aring;r tjeneste bruker vi ulike teknologier for &aring; gjenkjenne deg som bruker og samle inn data. Vi bruker eksempelvis informasjonskapsler (cookies) for &aring; huske leiedatoer, og utstyr. Informasjonskapsler forenkler bruken av tjeneste og for &aring; gi deg relevant informasjon n&aring;r du bes&oslash;ker nettstedet v&aring;rt. De brukes ogs&aring; til &aring; mellomlagre data som tilgjengelige utleiedatoer, priser og lignende.</div>

<div>Gjennom tjenerlogger og andre verkt&oslash;y kan vi registrere informasjon om enheten og tilkoblingen til v&aring;r tjeneste, herunder operativsystem, nettleserversjon, IP-adresse, informasjonskapsler og unike identifikasjonsfiler. Denne informasjon brukes i anonym og aggregert statistikk, men kan ogs&aring; kobles mot din brukerkonto. Informasjonen gj&oslash;r blant annet at vi kan tilpasse visningen av v&aring;r tjeneste til den enheten du bruker.</div>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">These are the terms and conditions applying when renting equipment from Uteguiden AS. By renting equipment from us, you approve these. Before placing your booking, you should therefore familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions. The person making the booking is responsible for providing correct and relevant information for all persons included in the booking</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<ol style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">
<li>Payment</li>
</ol>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Payment is made via Visa or Mastercard and made online via our payment service provider DIBS. The Customer pays at the time of booking and then the lease agreement is entered into.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">We normally require full payment before the equipment is handed out.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Uteguiden follows standard rental practices and may also reserve a deposit amount as stated on the order confirmation upon booking. Reservation ensures that if the customer returns the equipment too late, damage the equipment or does not deliver at all. Deposit size varies with selected equipment that is rented out and is stated in your order confirmation. Uteguiden has the right to use the deposit to cover rent as well as other costs as mentioned above and / or possible recourse requirements.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All prices are inclusive VAT. The total cost of the purchase will appear before the order and include all expenses related to rent or purchase. If errors have occurred with prices of significant size from Uteguiden's side on the website, Uteguiden may unilaterally change, delete or reject orders even after the customer has received the order confirmation or the like. However, such errors must be corrected and informed to the customer within a reasonable time after the error has been discovered.</p>

<li>Rental Period</li>
</ol>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The rental period equals the dates stipulated in the booking. The rental period is based on full days, where 1 day is 24 hours.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Early return of the rented equipment will not result in any (partial) refunds.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Uteguiden will do our very best to accommodate if you wish to make any changes to your booking. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment, any changes to the booking must be confirmed by Uteguiden in writing to be valid. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the equipment must be returned within the end of the rental period.</p>

<li>Cancellations</li>
</ol>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Cancellations are free of charge if put forward 7 days prior to the rental period. Any cancellations made later than 7 than days prior will be charged in full.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Cancellations must be made in writing to the e-mail as provided by Uteguiden.</p>

<li>Delivery and Return</li>
</ol>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><br />Delivery and return of the equipment take place as provided in the order confirmation.</p>

<li>The Equipment</li>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Uteguiden strive to deliver quality equipment ready for our customers to rent. Please do not hesitate to ask for any advice or tips in advance.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The customer is obligated to inspect and accept the equipment&rsquo;s condition upon delivery &ndash; and to inform Uteguiden if the equipment is not in a satisfactory condition. If you experience any issues with the equipment&rsquo;s functionality, please contact Uteguiden immediately.</p>

<li>Use of the Equipment</li>
</ol>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The Customer assume all risk in relation to use, transportation or storage of the equipment. The Customer is responsible for the safe and correct use of the equipment and his/her own prerequisites for performing the intended activity. &nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Please note that the Customer is responsible for any damage or loss of the equipment due to the Customer&rsquo;s intent or negligence, arising in the period between delivery and return.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The Customer must handle the equipment with reasonable care. The equipment shall be returned in cleaned condition unless otherwise agreed</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<ol style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" start="7">
<li>Claims/complaints/right of withdrawal</li>
</ol>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Remarks or complaints about the equipment must be brought forward to Uteguiden immediately. This to give the us an opportunity to rectify the matter. It is also a prerequisite for Uteguiden to be able to process a possible written complaint. A written complaint must be received by Uteguiden no later than two months after the end of the rental period. Due to this, no response can be expected until after this time. If you fail to give such notice within the above time limit, you lose the right to make any claim. If the parties reach an agreement or a settlement is agreed upon on site, no further claims can be made.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Please note that rental of our equipment for activities does not give rights under the <a href="Right%20of%20Withdrawal%20Act">Right of Withdrawal Act</a>&nbsp;(Norwegian).</p>

<li>Limitation of Liability</li>
</ol>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Uteguiden AS shall not be liable for any loss, damage, accidents, injuries in relation to the equipment. Under no circumstances will Uteguiden AS be liable for any consequential losses (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise).</p>

<ol style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" start="9">
<li>Dispute Resolution</li>
</ol>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The parties should try to resolve disputes concerning the agreement and interpretation of these terms and conditions through negotiations. Disputes, which cannot be solved without the use of court proceedings, shall be settled by the Norwegian courts according to Norwegian law.</p>

Great advice for e-bike hire. We rented two e-bikes from Uteguiden. No guided tours were scheduled, but Benji gave us lots of advice on different routes we could take. We had an amazing time. Benji was super helpful and a great guy. Thank you! Would definitely recommend

Brilliant ski touring! We spent our honeymoon in the fjords and had two days ski touring with a guide- he was absolutely brilliant! Beautiful route, fresh snow, great equipment, no one there- perfect. I’d would recommend without reservation.

Stranda Freeride/Off-piste tour - Oscar guided us through the Scenic Stranda area covered with white powder. Fantastic day. Second time with Uteguiden and I will definetly go on tour with them again!!!

The deposit works just like when you use a hotel or car rental. When ordering, an extra amount is reserved on your card for a small security against damage or for late return.
